3  Ethics are the rules of behavior that govern a group or a society. Employees who exhibit ethical behavior in the workplace are honest and fair. They do NOT lie, cheat, or steal.

9  A job-specific skill is a skill necessary for a particular job. For example: if your career involves computers- you need to know specific computer programs to do your job

11 Transferable skills are general skills used in school and various jobs. Some common transferable skills are: Listening skills Communication skills Problem –Solving Skills Social Skills Adaptability Skills

15 Initiative is doing what needs to be done without being told. Employers LOVE this quality in employees.
