8. Eatable Cashew Eatable Cashew comes in different grades based generally on color and size. The Colors are classified into White and Scorched White. The Size is usually determined by the count of cashews in a pound, the lower the count the larger the nut and of course pricier. The commodity is exported world wide, USA being the largest buyer. 10. CNSL The oil extracted from shells is called cashew shell oil or cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) CNSL content in the shell is about 20-23%.
