Plymouth’s City Deal will be focused on SW England becoming a world leader in the marine sector and a centre of world class businesses, innovation and knowledge. Facilities include a new University Technical College in Plymouth and a proposed peninsular-wide Marine Industries Production Campus in the Devonport dockyard.
