2 Locker Room Boot Camp Summary: Main Point/Questions I.P.E. Dress Code A.Uniform – must be grey or maroon. 1.No hoods, zippers, pockets, snaps or buttons 2.Must have athletic shoes/must be tied 3.Must have white athletic socks 4.Only your name can be written on your clothes: Last name and first initial 5.Must tuck shirt in, even during the mile 6.You can only wear one set of PE clothes

Dress Code B.Non-suit/Loaners 1.Must get loaners if you forget your clothes 2.1 st = warning 2 nd = detention 3 rd = referral 3.Must have I.D. for loaners 4.Improper shoes results in a non-suit (slip on, untied, non athletic, etc.) 5.You may not wear an undershirt/tank top under your PE clothes

Dress Code C.Sweats 1.Only when sign says “Sweats Yes.” 2.Must be Grey or maroon with no hoods, zippers, pockets, snaps, buttons or logos 3.Shirt/Shorts must be under sweats D.Other 1.PE clothes can be worn only during PE 2.You may not wear any PE clothes with the name crossed off

6 Locker Room Boot Camp Summary: Main Point/Questions II.Conduct A.Locker Room 1.Dress in front of locker, not in bathroom 2.Do not enter unless accompanied by a teacher 3.No running, chasing, or horseplay of any kind 4.Do not throw any object – automatic referral 5.No gum, food, or drinks 6.No keyed locks 7.No glass or aerosol cans 8.Keep your combo a secret (do not share locks) 9.You may only use your assigned locker

7 Locker Room Boot Camp Summary: Main Point/Questions II.Conduct A.Locker Room 10.Only Teachers and TA’s are allowed in the loaner room 11.Laptop computers are not allowed in the locker room 12.If you find anything that does not belong to you turn it into a teacher

8 Locker Room Boot Camp Summary: Main Point/Questions II.Conduct B.Blacktop 1.Absolutely no food on the blacktop at any time 2.The dead zone is the area between the Fitness Center and the lunch court. You may not enter this area without teacher permission. 3.After dressing out you must go immediately to your number and sit 4.When waiting for your next class you must wait behind the red line.

10 Locker Room Boot Camp Summary: Main Point/Questions II.Conduct D.PHAT Hawks – Physically Healthy Active Teens 1.Must pass 6 of 6 of the California State Fitness Standards 2.Must not receive more than three total discipline marks and no more than one per category 3.Must have a grade of an A for the current Trimester 4.Each student receiving this award will get a PHAT Hawk T-shirt to wear during PE

11 Locker Room Boot Camp Summary: Main Point/Questions III.Attendance A.Absence 1.See your teacher upon return for make up work 2.An absence does not excuse you from class work B.Tardy 1.You must sit on your number before the dress bell rings or you are tardy
