1. FAVOR BRINGS PROMOTION Acts 7:9,10 9 And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him, 10 And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house. Psalm 75:6,7 6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

2. FAVOR BRINGS PROMOTION Genesis 39:2-6 4 And Joseph found grace (favor) in his sight, and he served him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand. 5 And it came to pass from the time that he had made him overseer in his house, and over all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake; and the blessing of the Lord was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field. 6 And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was a goodly person, and well favored. 21 But the Lord was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison. 22 And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it. 23 The keeper of the prison looked not to any thing that was under his hand; because the Lord was with him, and that which he did, the Lord made it to prosper.

3. STAY POSITIONED FOR FAVOR 1.Keep (obey) Gods commands and dont forsake mercy and truth. Proverb 3:1-4 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 4 So shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

4. STAY POSITIONED FOR FAVOR 2.Exalt wisdom (God's Word and doing it). Proverb 4:7-9 7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honor, when thou dost embrace her. 9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace (favor): a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee. Proverb 8:35 35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favor of the Lord.

5. STAY POSITIONED FOR FAVOR 3.Be good and diligently seek good. Proverb 12:2 A good man obtaineth favor of the Lord; but a man of wicked devices will He condemn. Proverb 11:27 He that diligently seeketh good procureth favor: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him. - Seeking the good, best, or well being of others. - Not mischief (hurt, harm, wrong, evil, bad) to them.

6. STAY POSITIONED FOR FAVOR 4.Live right and dont mock at sin. Proverb 14:9 Fools make a mock at sin; but among the righteous there is favor. Mock – laugh at, ridicule, scorn, or show contempt for.

7. STAY POSITIONED FOR FAVOR 5.Keep growing. 1 Samuel 2:26 And the child Samuel grew on, and was in favor both with the Lord, and also with men. Luke 2:40,52 40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. 52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
