6 Colour can be seen in many things, but how can colour help us learn new words? Let’s explore 5 colours and what words they make us think of… Words in Colour

7 Lets start with the colour White… What kinds of things are the colour White? Clouds in the sky are white Paper can be white Paint, pastel and colour pencil can be white Chocolate can be white PVA Glue is white A polar bear is white Can we think of anything else that is the colour White? 12 We have just created a list of words that relate to the colours White, Red, Yellow, Brown and Blue. We now can see that colour can make us think of certain things like food, animals, people and natural environments.
