12. South-East Finland-Russia CBC- Programme 2014-2020 (ENI) FUNDING The allocation of programme funds should be available in June/July from the European Commission. It is expected that the amount of funds will be approximately as in the current programme. Large Investment projects – max 30 % of EU funding – Mainly related to border crossing points 15.9.2015 12
