4 Mini – project (20%) Group of 2 students.
Design a given project from circuit design to GDS II File Poster Demo Viva

5 Examination Total of 50% Answer 5 questions Two (2) parts:-
Part A : answer all 4 questions Will cover all topics ( design, calculation, understanding and etc.) Part B : choose 1 from 2 questions Will test your understanding (essay answer)

7 CO – Course Objectives Course Outcome (CO) Delivery Mode
Possible Assessment CO1: Students will be able to design and simulate logic circuits at transistor level using schematic entry as well as netlists format. Lecture, tutorial, demo, lab and mini project. Test, exam, viva and mini project report. CO2: Students will be able to produce the layout design of a circuit based on the design rules specified. CO3: Students will be able to analyze CMOS transistor characteristics. Lecture and tutorial. Exam. CO4: Students will be able present their mini project individually in a viva session. Demo. Viva and mini project report.
