Once in place, we will meet by phone or web to do the following: Decide which of us will act as the Chair of the Nominations and Election Committee Ask for (self)-nominations then present a slate of names to EDC members Arrange some technical details related to promoting the candidates; the electronic vote is arranged by Sylvia Avery, STLHE administrator Great way to get involved with EDC committee without heavy time commitment

18. Note: If we get more than two people nominated, we ask them to leave the room and have a vote, though this has not normally been needed. We just stop at two!
