16 Summary of Personnel Qualifications  Prime Consultants, and all Subconsultants, shall throughout the life of the Contract, retain within its firm, a staff of people who shall be properly licensed and certified in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for Archaeology and Historic Preservation (36 CFR Part 6).
