Representative Government: this means that the citizen vote for officials who serve the will of the people. Federal System: government which divides power between central and state government. Legislative Branch: it is known as US congress. It passes laws for the whole country Executive Branch: includes the president. The president and another members ensure that national’s laws are carried out Judicial Branch: includes the Supreme Court. It uses the constitution to interpret laws.

What is citizenship? The idea of civic participation comes from ancient Greece and Rome. Good Citizens helps our government and communities work as well as possible.
