Components are encouraged to implement a complementary MS for safety and occupational health.” CSAF/SECAF ESOHMS Memo “AF has world-class E, S and OH programs. We are now ready to move these programs to the next level of excellence by implementing an ESOHMS. The ESOHMS will be quality-driven, based on solid, requirements-generated process, and will apply the Reduction in Total Ownership Cost philosophy.
