10 A-416 The tank was taken out of service in November 2007. The tank was stripped, blinded, and opened manways takes approximately 1 The tank was turned over to AbClean. The tank took approximately 3 ½ months to clean. Cleaned from manways for approximately 3 weeks and entered the tank on 12-5-07. The cleaning was completed 2-28-08. week.. The floor blast was scheduled to start 3-5-08, but was delayed due to cracks discover in weld seams in floor. This pushed the start date by to 3-11-08. Once ICC entered the tank it was discovered the original millage of the floor liner was not accurate. The original millage shown 15mln and the actual millage was 45mln. This change the process of blasting the floor and added 3 weeks duration to the overall schedule. The blasting was completed 4-15- 08. The tank was turned over to HMT on 4-28-08 (availability of manpower). The inspection was completed 5-22-08 due to the availabiltiy of manpower supporting for both A-416, F-502, and chasing pinhole leaks in floor of A- 416.The current path forward is to helium testing pontoons and PEI is working on repair plan. Once the repair plan is completed, we will send it out for bid focusing on schedule.

11 A-414 The product in the tank is crude oil. The tank will have approx 7'' ( 3,176bbls ) of oil and sludge remaining after stripping. Tank has external floating roof and is believe to have a cone up floor. Roof leg will be set at 6ft. Tank is being clean due to floor having a leak in it. Motiva / Maintance will blind all necessary valves and flanges. Lock/out,Tag/out proecdure will be done by Motiva and inspected by an Abclean supervisor. The tank will then be turn over to Abclean for cleaning. First phase of the job will be to set up equipment. A 4x4 sludge pump will be use to suck oil and sludge out of tank doing cleaning. The sludge will be pumped to a 500bbl frac tanks on site and haul to the NORF for disposal. A second frac tank will be placed on site. This frac tank will be fill with LCO and use to wash non-pumpable sludge.This process will continue until all product is remove from tank. After the product is remove, two 5000psi heated pressure washer will be use to fine clean tank. Crew will pressure wash walls up to seal area, bottom side of roof, internal piping, and floor.Once tank is clean, Motiva inspector will inspect tank. After tank has passed inspection, all equipment will be decon on site and rig down. Site will be clean of all trash and disposed of. Time on site. 4-days mob/demob, 18- days remove product, 8-days to pressure wash. Straight Time: (4-10) Duration Jun-2 to Jul-22 – 50 days for $137,150.05 Overtime: (7-10) Duration Jun-2 to Jul-1 – 30days for $144,327.59
