3  Students are expected to develop skills in the following areas:  DNA and Protein Gel Electrophoresis  Polymerase Chain Reaction  Solution Preparation  Microbiology and Spectrophotometry  Independent research  Students are expected to develop skills in the following areas:  DNA and Protein Gel Electrophoresis  Polymerase Chain Reaction  Solution Preparation  Microbiology and Spectrophotometry  Independent research Techniques Learned in MCB 101 and MCB 102

4 STEP 1— Complete the Parent Consent Form  Must be turned in before on-line application is completed STEP 2 — Complete the Non-Degree Seeking Undergraduate application for University of Arizona by January 14 th — Do not pay application fees! STEP 3 — Register and pay (by February 4 th ) through the UA Outreach College, four ways to pay:  Online-with credit card (web site will be announced in October)  Mail-personal check, money order or cashier’s check  In Person-check or credit card  By Phone-credit card  Make check payable to University of Arizona What to do to receive MCB101 and MCB102 credit?
