5 Where Is The Gap 1-Weak linkage between education output systemic pre university and higher education institutions. 2- Lack of interest in higher education admission policies by developing specifications and standards for admission to the colleges of education programs on academic, cultural, social and psychological health. 3- Lack of clear and precise data to official government circles about the needs of the community surrounding the College of education in the light of identification of programmes that are consistent with labour market needs
