3 New Data – Label Group A user-defined set of mail subscribers that print on mailing labels and/or postal reports. Many newspapers define only one label group, which prints the addresses of all of their mail subscribers on mail labels in one run. You must also set up label groups to produce separate postal reports for any different edition of a product.

4 New Data – Master Route Master route –A subscriber can be on multiple routes –We never had the ability to show you a pure subscriber route list –Now we do…….sort of

5 New Data – Digital Access Reporting Digital Access Reporting –From your paywall system Who accessed? When did they access? How many times in the last xx days? What device were they using? What edition did they access? –New for 2014.2!

6 New Data – Delivery Fee Delivery Fee –A delivery fee is an additional daily fee added onto the subscription cost. –Delivery fees may be used, for example, when delivery to a certain building or route is particularly difficult or time-consuming.

7 New Report Added Demographic Report –Review starts by date range and campaign –Of the starts, X percentage of them have a demographic answer of y. –So for example if we targeted 20,000 occupants for a campaign and we received 2,000 starts Tell me things like –Of the starts: 20% have a demographic of Homeowner 50% have a demographic of college education –Of the Rejects: 30% have a demographic of Reject reason = Price sensitive

8 New Data - Combos Are any of you using combos in Circulation? We now offer full combo reporting with InSight –A subscription that contains multiple publications or multiple delivery methods and uses a single rate. –For example, a newspaper may want to combine a 6-day publication (Mon-Sat) with a Sunday-only publication to create a multiple-product subscription. –Another example would be a bundled package that includes a print publication and an online publication. In both cases, a single bill is created for the subscription, and payments are allocated among the different publications.

9 Coming Soon To A Theatre Near Your Customer Communication Preferences –Tracking of emails, phones and solicitation objections alone did not enable the consumer to tailor communications for specific events. –Will enable the consumers to fully control how we communicate with them and will allow them to intuitively opt in and out of services and alerts. Digital Day Pass and Day Pass Bundles –A Day Pass is a low-cost, low-commitment alternative to a subscription. –A prepaid Day Pass Bundle offers convenience to those Day Pass consumer that don't want to pay each time they are ready to consume.
