4 AIM User Community Survey Findings 414 Contacts –36% reached 60% of those Government, 40% Contractors –10 individuals have promised but not submitted data Content Hours Developed- 148,198 hrs –Aviation: 25,313 hrs –Sub: 28,064 hrs –Surface: 6,840 hrs –Other: 87,981 hrs Training –618 users self-identified as trained –896 users need/requested training in FY09 AIM Usage –Most now using AIM 3.3 (AIM I & AIM II)

5 Software Status AIM I/II Rel 3.2.1 – Superseded by Rel 3.3 AIM I/II Rel 3.3 – NMCI certified in May 08 – Pushed to NMCI end users in Jun-Jul 08 – Includes first version of Learning Object (LO) Module – Central site Citrix Metaframe enhancements – CMS Web service interface to CeTARS Content Planning Module (CPM) 3.0 – GAT conducted May 08 – Operational s/w posted Jun 08

6 Software Plans - Modernization AIM I/II Rel 4.0 – LO Module  Initial GAT conducted Jun 08  Significant additional functionality being coded now; in work for Mar 09 delivery for testing  Anticipated NMCI push Jun 09 – CPM  Significant additional functionality being coded now; in work for Mar 09 delivery for testing  Anticipated operational Jun 09 – Interim builds available to support ongoing ILE projects – FRB-prioritized ACRs incorporated in LP/TG modules

9 FRB Governance Process Software requirements –All FRB attendees encouraged to review and comment on AIM Change Request (ACR) and Modernization Functional Requirements Matrix (FRM) Enhancement priorities –ACR and FRM lists will be discussed by whole group, based on pre-meeting inputs –Each participating Center and SYSCOM will have one vote in determining final priorities for upcoming releases
