2 Click to edit Master subtitle style The Strategy Within Adult Services put all registered and band 4 staff through the 2 day Health Coaching Programme by the of 2015 Have Health Coach Trainers within ECCH To have Health Coach Champions in each clinical locality To have a support network and CPD for coaches

3 Click to edit Master subtitle style The story so far 3 Accredited Health Coach Trainers ££££ investment 100 ECCH staff have completed the 2 day training programme Planned roll out dates Over 200 more ECCH staff to train

Evidence that Health Coaching can support patients with long-term conditions (and others) Ultimately better health outcomes and reduction in appointments To support struggling teams Consistent with Simon Stevens’ published vision “5-Year Forward View of the NHS”

Good delivery – maintained interest Much more practical than anticipated Generally fun Nice venue – felt like doing something special A lot to take on board Could have been more explicit in one way Good support to implement change Overall: 9.5/10 (A*)!!
