Devaults revolutionary OPX program provides the operator. For the first time the advantage to “mix and match”; product to price advantages by maximizing quality integrity without compromising pricing integrity.

3 Why was OPX developed? OPX was prepared both as a vertical and horizontal tiered sales strategy that combines the best in “pricing and product” options, working in harmony, to present the operator the “best in class” sales advantages.

OPX is a 4 tier sales strategy designed to operate in harmony, whereby the vertical tiers of pricing options and the horizontal tier of “best in class” product options create a newly structured category management program that takes into full consideration the operators menu needs : Competitive “Best in Category” product options Competitive “Best in Product Line” pricing options 1 of 3

6 Color coding and naming Each of the tiers are color coded and named, to intentionally not classifying a; better, best, naming of the tiers. The strategy was to only show that each tier was different then the other and competitive within each of its “best in class” product category tiers. Sales material/collateral: Any and all sales collateral being developed now and in the future will also carry the same color coordinated structure. Product line spread sheet: Is now prepared as a “fluid” hand-out that will be posted on line and updated consistently, and will be “download” available. With notification as to changes when and if they are made.

8 Each box, no matter the color will have a prominent space provided for product identification, labeling and clearly identifying the products profile. Code # Product name: IE: Steaks, Burgers, Meatballs, Ground Beef Weight and size UPC code ETC All the boxes are in their own color representing and entire product line, with each of the individual products be identified?

Product and/or category “upsell” from one OPX level to another OPX level %. Promotion partnerships within Devaults new product categories and/or new day part product sales.
