The milk group is good for your body. The milk group is good for your body so you must have it.

The milk group gives you protein and calcium, which builds strong bones. The milk group is very healthy since it has such healthy things in it.

Don’t eat dairy products that are made just of fat and make sure your dairy is low-fat or fat- free. One good kind of milk is skim milk, a non-fat milk.

From ages 2 to 8 you need 2 cups of milk products each day. This shows how much you need milk.

I still think you should avoid fat, so please make your dairy low-fat or fat-free.
