SWOT WORKSHOP Undertake a SWOT on each theme, thinking in particular of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the Humber area 2 tables will each discuss a theme; –Climate change adaptation –Flood risk and coastal erosion –Environmental protection 1 st session will last an hour Comfort break (15 min). Move onto a different table for 2 nd session lasting 25 minutes 3 rd session discussion of links with other thematic objectives Conclusions, next steps etc. There is a facilitator on each table to help you
