The trainers would be present 2.We would then co-deliver the course with the trainers, giving them experience of the course – twice 3.They would then deliver the course, and we would sit in providing them with constructive feedback on their performance

13 © The Delos Partnership 2005 How much will it cost ? 1.We will work out a cost for the whole programme after the appraisal stage 2.It will consist of four parts : Cost of appraisal – approximately 3 days Cost of development of materials – estimated 3 days per course day to be developed Cost of delivering/attending courses License fee to cover right to intellectual property and also access to continued course development
