2. Project: Halo Crisis ヘイロ クライセス Presented by Emerson Brooks and Jesse Parris.

3. Emerson’s favorite Anime and Manga! Emerson was inspired by two things when making the comics for Halo Crisis. Of course, his friends and life in High school, and a REALLY awesome anime called Furi Kuri (Fooly Cooly). It’s by a company called GAINAX, and they are also his favorite animation company.

4. Sylvia’s favorite Anime! Sylvia has many favorite anime but her absolute favorite is called “Gravitation”. It is by a woman named Maki Murakami. An explanation is hard, but I will try to explain it as much as I can! I couldn’t find any clips of Gravitation…sorry for the inconvenience…!

5. Jesse’s favorite anime! To be honest, Jesse is having a hard time with finding an anime he actually like…however he can fully explain the Dragon Ball series, his ex-favorite anime of all time! ジェシの好みのコミック !

6. How Halo Crisis Began… I finally had friends who could INSPIRE me! I was a freshman! We were all one silly and happy together… I wanted to experiment with random comedy. …And it was my DREAM to make a manga! Initially, I was just going to write a comic about completely random stupidity…but then I decided that there was a source of all this randomness…and hence my subject: center for international studies! ヘイロ クライセス がいかに始まったか …

7. Cast of CHARACTERS! Initially, we started with two character, Aden and Norma. Unfortunately. I stopped doing comics about them, simply because they weren’t there. These are them… コミックの人々

8. Eventually, we decided to make the entire CIS our cast… I would say we were pretty successful (However, that is a lot of people, so they are not ALL in every comic)

10. …How it became a Passage… Actually, as I began to draw more and more of these, I began to think that maybe this could become a passage. It did, in its own random way, explain a lot about our high school lives and CIS as well. Sylvia and Jesse agreed wholeheartedly, and decided when we became Juniors, that would be the first idea on the list…Junior year came, and we remembered our idea. Initially, we wanted to make an anime (Japanese cartoon), but decided that maybe it was a little beyond our budget. Project: Halo Crisis was born…mwahahahahahaha… それが道にいかになったか
