Weekly & Daily Overview W ork orders are received by Production for primary review of any special gas or calibration requirements and Production Manager sign off. Work orders are then routed to Operations and Purchasing Work order model numbers and quantities verified SPECIALS and EXPEDITES, special parts / component requirements addressed Work order binning process takes place where all components and parts associated with each specific work order and meter are pulled together for production process Upon binning completion work orders are routed to their first phase in production
8
PRODUCTION PROCESS The binned orders are routed to temperature calibration. From that process they are moved to pre-assembly where they are prepared for flow calibration. Once flow calibration is completed they are routed to final assembly and programming. When that phase is completed and verified the meters are routed to QA for final check. When QA has completed this process the meters are released to shipping with their required documents and if included all associated hardware.
