1 Report Builder Running STAT!Ref Usage Statistics

2 You may have to Logoff of STAT!Ref if you are already logged on in order to access SR Admin.

3 Statisticians & Client Managers should log into STAT!Ref with their own administrative un/pw. Go to: http://online.statref.com/admin * * Tip: use this link to not take up a concurrency

4 Click on the “Reports” tab (the Reports page is the default page).

5 Select a Statistic Type (Ctrl + Click to select multiple reports). Report Criteria Options Session Count Session Count – Access Details Turnaways Turnaway Details Search Count Document Count Distinct Users Distinct IP Addresses Search with Concept Expansion Documents Per Title TOC Actions Per Title Anatomy.tv Logins* * Only available if you have anatomy.tv subscription

6 Statistic Types (defined in STAT!Ref Online Help ).

7 Select a pre-defined duration* for your report. *Using the pre-defined durations, such as; hour, day, week, month or year, your report’s statistics will cover a period from the date/time the report runs less the length of the selected duration.

8 Select a “Custom” duration. *Using the “Custom” duration option you can enter in the specific date/ time range for your report. CAVEAT: You will need to convert your time to Pacific Time, USA.

9 Select a Format (HTML or Excel).

10 If you need to run your report immediately, click the Run Report button.

11 Now, click the Go To Results button.

12 View the report. Save, e-mail or print it.

13 If you chose the Excel format, Open it or Save it directly from the pop-up box.

14 Open it in Excel. Save it as *.xls if you need.

15 Schedule a report (recommended) 1.Check the “Turn scheduling on” box. 2.Choose a Format. 3.Select a “Delivery Method”. 4.Using “Interval”, select the frequency for running this report. 5.Using the “Next Run Date” enter the date when you want the report to first run. 6.Into the “Report E-mail List” enter your e-mail address, as well as those of your colleague(s) who you want to receive this report. Note: Scheduled reports are run at 2:00 a.m. Pacific time.

16 Save your report. 1.Enter the Name of your report. 2.Click the Save As… button.
