1. IOTAs 2013 Election President David Dunham and Vice President Paul Maley decided to step down after 30 years (IOTA officially incorporated 1983). Their outstanding leadership for IOTA is held in the highest regard by its members; they will remain on IOTAs Board of Directors. VP for Planetary Occultations Jan Manek (15 years) also retired. Jans voluntary efforts are highly appreciated by IOTAs membership worldwide. The new highly qualified candidates for President, Vice President and VP for Planetary Occultations are Steve Preston, Roger Venable and Brad Timerson

3. CERTIFICATION OF ELECTION RESULTS I hereby certify that for the 2013 election for the International Occultation Timing Association, Inc. all votes cast were for the above slate of candidates for the Officers and Special Positions. All votes were cast by IOTA members, whether by electronic or by U.S. Mail. All the candidates are now officially installed into their respective positions.
