Targets Linked to strategy Cleaners: First 3 months of distribution each receives 1 pack of 10 Cleaners: Second 3 months extend to 50% of cleaners receiving a box of 200 Client Sites: Each Region in the first 3 months to distribute 60 000 condoms a month over an above those distributed to cleaners Client Sites: After first 3 months each region to be distributing 100 000 a month over an above those distributed to cleaners Focus on sites with largest number of cleaners and public/employees
