4 VISION To develop public private partnerships to mitigate the impact of HIV&AIDS in South Africa by promoting correct and consistent use of condoms across the contract cleaning industry and beyond.

6 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DoH In co-operation with the various participating cleaning companies and sites, to manage the logistics and supplying of various distribution centres with sufficient and timeous supplies of condoms.In co-operation with the various participating cleaning companies and sites, to manage the logistics and supplying of various distribution centres with sufficient and timeous supplies of condoms. 11 Targets Linked to strategy Cleaners: First 3 months of distribution each receives 1 pack of 10 Cleaners: Second 3 months extend to 50% of cleaners receiving a box of 200 Client Sites: Each Region in the first 3 months to distribute 60 000 condoms a month over an above those distributed to cleaners Client Sites: After first 3 months each region to be distributing 100 000 a month over an above those distributed to cleaners Focus on sites with largest number of cleaners and public/employees
