5 o Builder Portal for use by a Superintendent and controlled through the user login/licensing - $1,500 per user and 20% support and maintenance (this is an increase of $500) o Builder Portal for use by a Trade and controlled through the user login/licensing - $10 per month or $120 per trade on an annual license renewal – includes support and maintenance (this is an increase of $4 per month) o Purchasing will go to $6,000 per concurrent use (increase of $1,000) o Prices go into effect on 1-1-2015 o Please note: All clients on S/M for Superintendent Portal will receive access to the Builder Portal for their supers. 6 o Special for our clients to incentivize more of our clients to use the BMT Cloud MoM, which will be integrated with WMS MoM, in order for the builder client to go back and forth if they desire. o All clients who own WMS MoM will get a free 90- day subscription to BMT Cloud MoM and then 50% of the retail price from the end of the 90-day thereafter, if they decide to stay with Cloud MoM.
