Background Definition quality control Quality control is a procedure intended to ensure that a manufactured product meets the requirements of the customer. Quality control is a process employed to ensure a certain level of quality in a product. Definition customer satisfaction Customer satisfaction is measurement how well a company products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Methodology Observation Site: manufacturing industry Respondent: worker at the factory Survey questionnaire Site: randomly respondent :example; resident area, shopping complex and any selected Respondent: customer Data collection Technique -Observation technique is done to factory workers in manufacturing industries -The survey questionnaire through random to a local area, and groups customer to responds to questionnaire Data Analysis -Analysis of the data was carried out using the statistical package social science (SPSS).

conclusion Customer satisfaction differs depending on the situation and the product or service. A customer may be satisfied with a product or service, an experience, a purchase decision, a salesperson, store, service provider, or an attribute or any of these. If quality control is outlined by the company is not practiced properly, this will cause a negative effect on production by the company. As employees they must comply with quality control system outlined by their company.
