2. Introduction Details about your business  When were they established?  What do they do?  How many people do they employ?  Where are they located? (copy map into your work)  What type of ownership are they? How does this impact the business (relating to the question you are doing)

3. Research Primary research  Questionnaires (Asking a number of people)  Observations  Surveys Secondary research (you need a few different ones at least!) – Websites – Textbooks – Professional theories

4. Present Information & Data Record your data in a table Present your data in a number of different ways (i.e Pie charts, bar charts, tables, diagrams etc) Make sure that all your graphs are properly labelled and show good attention to detail.

5. Analysis Explain the point you are making (you will need a number of points – the more the better) Present the evidence for your point from your primary research Back up your point by referring to secondary research (different theories) Fully explain the IMPACT that this has on the business/employees

6. Evaluation From your analysis identify a number of areas where your business could improve Explain what the business could do to improve that area Discuss the positive and negative impact that this action will have on the business and employees
