4 All new student emails have been set up. Please log on to gmail.com and activate your school email: Lastname.firstname@cpatc.org Spartans123 Change your password upon logging in. Once you have done this, go to cpatc.org and click Create Account in the top left corner. Use your school based email to create this account.

5 Once you have created your account on the school website, Go back to your email and click “Verify Account” in the email You just received. Once you have activated your account, click on the home button on the website, then teacher pages on the right. Click on the name of your 1 st p. teacher. At the bottom of the page under classes, click on the class that You have, and then “add to my class list” at the bottom of the next page. After you have done this, disregard the notice at the bottom of the page about adding more classes, and return to the home page. Follow these instructions to add the rest of your classes. Once you have completed this process, you will be alerted to all postings by your teachers.

7 ATTENTION STUDENT DRIVERS All Student Drivers MUST fill out the “Parking Permit Application” found in the main office before parking on school campus. You must also provide a copy of your drivers license, insurance, vehicle registration and the $20.00 application fee. Driving on campus without a permit will result in a ticket– and towing as of today. Display your Parking Pass on your dashboard so it can be see from outside the car.

11 ALS Challenge Somerset Las Vegas has challenged the entire rest of the company to the ALS challenge. Goal: $200 dollars by the end of the week. Give your donations to Home Room Reps to bring to the office every morning this week.

15 Cheerleading information! September 9 th and September 11 th are cheer tryouts at LC gym from 4-6! Anyone can come and try out! On September 12 th the team will be selected September 16 th is the first practice at the school from 3:30 to 5:30. Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays. Tuesdays will be at LC Gym from 4-6 and on Thursday practices will be at the school from 3:30 to 5:30.

19 Announcements In teachers mailboxes are slips for the 2015 spring break trip. They are to be handed out during homeroom. Students are to vote and the slips must be collected and sent to the main office by the homeroom reps. Progress reports go home today.

Sign up for school texts: text @cpat to 339-309- 0997. Vending machines are off limits during class. Food delivery on campus during lunch is a violation of rules. All deliveries MUST go through the office.

22 Coach Beckham has permitted the use of HOPE’s basketballs during lunch. Basketballs are being left all over campus/parking lot and not being brought inside after lunch. As a result, basketballs are off-limits for one week. You may have the privilege of using HOPE’s basketballs again on Thursday, 9-4. If you want to play basketball between now and then, you must bring your own.
