10 Student Checklist Before You Begin Your Application  Use High School/College Transcript to enter your classes. Don’t do this by “memory”  Test Scores Send your ACT/SAT, Subject Exams  Activities & Awards Make a list of most significant awards, volunteer work, paid work and extra- curricular activities. Make note of time involved in activity. BE SPECIFIC! Use details of what you did!  Parents estimated annual income (optional)  Las Lomas School Code (CEEB Code): 053680

11 Student Checklist Before You Begin Your Application  Credit card to pay for applications. Fee waivers available.  Statewide student ID for UC and CSU applications (optional) listed on your transcript  Email account set up an account that you will check

12 After you apply…. Student must notify all colleges (phone/email admissions) if courses planned are changed, or if a semester grade is a “D or F”. Once you apply – Check your email often! Most campuses will create an additional email account for you through their campus web portal. Check this email account!! Apply early for housing!
