1. Giving a sub- authority to civil registry to issue certificates to the departments and electronic devices, networks and employees of the police.
2. Creating structure for the Authority in civil registry under management of the civil registration and technical support under the power of electronic authentication.
3. Training the police force that will work in this area to be adequately trained to do the job.
