These plans contained very appropriate learning targets’ IEPs are written for each child, with class teacher, subject teachers, support staff, parent and student involvement, IEP books to monitor progress

Outstanding Provision Every year group in Primary has a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who works with SEN students A team of 4 part time EAL Support Assistants work across the whole School A team of 5 part time Learning Support Assistants work across the Secondary School Facilities are modified where required computer work station areas, ramps etc.

11. Outstanding Head of Extended Learning Teaches Ensures SEN, EAL and G&T school policy is followed Facilitates and chairs weekly meetings with EAL team, LSA teams, ILSA team and Counsellor team. Sits on both Primary and Secondary Leadership teams Co-ordinates the provision and monitors the staff, overseas the timetables and ensures support is according to need Monitors pupils achievements and progress, (CEM, classroom assessments, observations, discussions with staff), provides additional interventions where required
