12. The 28,000-square-foot building houses a spacious lobby; a 10,000 square foot business incubator capable of hosting 10 to 12 digital media businesses; 3 classrooms; 3 conference rooms; a multi-purpose meeting room; and production facilities for Santa Ana College’s TV/Video educational program.
