Research objectives: Assess the different information types and QoS requirements in Intelligent Microgrids. Develop a robust and reconfigurable information infrastructure based upon existing and emerging wireline and wireless communication technologies that will efficiently support the integration of Intelligent Microgrids. Account for physical, MAC and network layer performance.
