About us
PIKOTEKNIK OY is specialised in improving quality and increasing productivity by in-situ, grinding, coating and balancing of dryers and rolls.
The company was founded in 1989 by Göran Antila and Ingmar Vesterlund, who still are the main owners and have almost twenty years of experience in this business. The turnover 2002 was 6,5 million EUR and the company had 40 specialists.

2. Among Pikoteknik’s customers are the biggest Finnish pulp
and paper mills, power stations, yards, printing plants, etc.
The company has a good reputation and has gained a good
position in the European market and is now developing
its activities also in other countries.
Pikoteknik’s workshop is
located in Pyhäjoki
(in the picture).
It has two sales office,
one in Vaasa and another
in Kotka.

5. PikoClean
Non-stick composition coating with high tolerance for doctoring
The corrosion and abrasion resistant coating combines repellent PTFE. Its efficiency has been proven during
many years of usage.
This coating is used on drying and cooling cylinders and on guide rolls which need to be kept clean and resistant to wear and corrosion to guarantee smooth runnability, a succesful process, and excellent paper quality.
