4 16-19 Accountability 16-19 Accountability consultation Closed: 20 November Proposes the publication of revised accountability measures in the categories created by vocational qualification reform: applied general, technical level and academic. Measures to cover progress, attainment and destination. Includes measures for Level 2 qualifications for the first time Tech Bacc Implemented from 2016 performance tables Introduced for courses beginning in September 2014. Designed to recognise a technical study programme. It will include: At least one tech level qualification A Level 3 maths qualification (Core Maths) Extended Project qualification
