1. Please ensure that all mobile phones are switched off. This room is now fitted with an induction loop for the benefit of people with hearing disabilities. If you would like the loop switched on please ask before the start of the meeting.

2. FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURE In the event of the Fire Alarm ringing continuously, you must immediately evacuate the building AT WALKING PACE. The Committee Administrator will ensure that you are escorted from the building via the most direct available route. The assembly point is outside “Monson House” in Monson Way. We all need to act in a responsible manner, ensuring the public, other visitors and colleagues leave the building together. REMEMBER – NO ONE IS TO USE THE LIFT. Once you have evacuated the building and assembled at your Assembly Point outside “Monson House”, the Committee Administrator will undertake a roll call to ensure everyone is accounted for. The Committee Administrator will liaise with the Civic Support Officers on duty to report everyone has left the building.
