Scientific research, publishing, consulting and expert activities are concentrated on solving special problems in practical applications and on IT applications in individual disciplines.

11 Who can study? „Condition for acceptance to study in master course is successful completion minimally bachelor degree studies in the Building construction, Environmental engineering, Building Services Engineering and related study branches. 13 Research Project SMARTHOMES There are stored measured values of: Indoor climate – air humidity and temperature Heating system – surface contact temperature Gas concentration – CO, CO 2 Energy consumption – electricity, water, gas The energy supplier is able to affect supply of energy or from dispatching centre to read energy meter. An user of this system can watch the monitored rooms on your PC screen, mobile phone or on your handheld. The Smarthomes project is aimed on monitoring and remote control of building services. The measured data are processing and sending via Internet wires from a local gateway into central database somewhere in the world.

14 SUNtool Project SUNtool aims to develop an integrated resource flow model and complementary educational tool. This will enable community masterplanning professionals (architects, town planners, etc.) and specialist consultants.
