3.  Students planning on applying to four-year colleges should take a minimum of 16 courses at the college prep level or higher. Students planning on applying to selective colleges should take a fourth year of Math and a third year of Foreign Language to be competitive. The minimum 16 units must include the following areas: › 4 - English › 3 - Math › 3 - Lab Science › 3 - Social Studies › 2 - Foreign Language (SAME LANGUAGE) › 1- Elective  16 CP units minimum

4.  Fall/Winter: Students must pass 6 classes, or 30 credits to remain eligible for participation.  Spring: Students must pass 6 classes, or 30 credits in the second marking period. Additionally, Students must be passing 30 credits at the end of the first semester (Marking period s 1 and 2 averaged).

5.  Missing more than 14 unexcused days per school year will result in No Credit Status.  Excused absences: Note from parent/note from doctor  Cutting class: 4 cuts = No Credit Status
