5 Legacy Select Product Overview Minimum Issue Face Amount is $2,500 Maximum Issue Face Amounts – Level 50-80 $50,000 81-85 $15,000 – Graded 50-80 $20,000 – Modified 50-80 $15,000

12 Commission Advancing Commissions and overrides are advanced nine (9) months. An agent and/or the up-line advance period may be reduced if poor “quality of business” issues persist. Chargebacks are taken 100% on next advance. If there is no advance it then goes to back end commissions Commissions and Override Advances Commissions are paid by carrier.

13 Commission & Override Payments Commissions and overrides are paid 1 of 2 ways:  PAID ON PAID – Paid upon policy issuance and when draft first premium payment.  PAID ON ISSUE (Select Agent Program) – Paid when the policy is issued but prior to receiving 1 st premium payment. Policy draft dates may be post-dated a maximum of 30 days. Note: To be Paid on Issue (Agent Select Program), an agent or up-line must: 1.) Demonstrate that they have met certain quality of business metrics with another FE carrier, or 2.) Wait sixty (60) days and meet the pre-determined quality of business metrics. 14 Field Underwriting Proper Field Underwriting Ensures Quality Production – Agent is “Eyes & Ears” for Underwriters. It is imperative that quality business is submitted at all times as this effects agent’s commission status – Pay special attention to the Prescription Drug List inc. “Rx Fill Within” and “Benefit Eligibility”

15  * $275 per 1000 mailed (final expense leads).  You select your demographics... Age, gender, income level, etc.  All states, counties, cities, zips available.  4 day turnaround from order to drop.  Leads delivered to you via paper or electronically. Jump Start Lead Program * $275 is a temporary, introductory price and is subject to change.

16 Paper Submission All Paper Applications are ‘Kitted’ to include all necessary docs per state Prior to submitting completed application – Use Completed ‘Faxed App’ Coversheet. – Then, 1 st page of application followed by remainder in sequential order. – Lastly, any ‘Supplemental” forms that may be required by state. – Be sure to get “Reference ID Number” from Apptical and enter on app prior to submission

18 Apptical- Point of Sale Interview Regardless of submission method a 10 minute POS Interview must be completed prior to submission at time of application. M-F 8:30 AM-Midnight Sat & Sun 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Applications may ONLY be taken during these hours.

19 Apptical- Point of Sale Interview Must be performed at time of application Writing Agent must be present for the Interview – For Phone Sales, 3 Way call is acceptable Upon calling in – give Telephone number Agent is calling from Company Name – Agent Name- Product- Agent’s Writing Number-

20 Apptical- Point of Sale Interview ‘Reference ID Number’ will be verified – Client will be told call is being recorded – Application questions will be reviewed – MIB and Rx History check will be done during the interview This process will take less than 10 minutes

21 Apptical- Point of Sales Interview You will know the status of your application at end of the interview! There are 5 decisions that you will be given Accepted - Level Accepted - Graded Accepted – Modified Additional Underwriting Info Needed Does Not Qualify* *If ‘Does Not Qualify’ you must still submit application

22 Contracting With MNL All agent contracting and appointments are done through your uplines private web-portal. The entire agent appointment process is paperless and completed via E-signature. pays all resident and non-resident appointment fees.
