2 Industrial/Nonwovens Division BOSTIK FINDLEY becomes BOSTIK 2 w As a result of a merger on January 1, 2001, Bostik and Ato Findley became Bostik Findley. w Over the past three years Bostik Findley results showed great success. w TOTAL has decided to split the Chemical Branch into different entities giving us the opportunity to change our identity: l Total Petrochemicals, petrochemical operations and fertilizers. l Specialties Group, combining Bostik (adhesives), Cray Valley and Sartomer (resins), Hutchinson (rubber processing), and Atotech (electroplating). l Arkema, a new business unit, encompassing vinyl products, industrial chemicals, and performance products. w Effective October 1, 2004 Bostik Findley’s new company name and identity will be Bostik.
