Compulsory Registration & Cycle Marking  All students and staff using a bicycle on University premises must register the cycle with the University Security Office.  Registration designed to identify the owners of bicycles as an aid to crime prevention and the safeguarding of property  Registered cycles issued with a unique numbered label affixed to a conspicuous part of the cycle frame.  Details of the owner recorded on a secure database.
