We will be able to understand why it is so difficult to assess leadership effectiveness. Anchor: What are some characteristics of a leader?

3 FORMAL AND INFORMAL LEADERSHIP Formal Practiced by a nurse with legitimate authority described in a job description Informal Exercised by a staff member who does not have a specified management role You will have to observe for informal leadership in the classroom among your peers and discuss your observations.
