5.  Blended Learning requires digital tools.  Many of the videos & resources reference 1:1.  The first reaction to this is “I do not have 1:1 so I can’t do blended learning”.  Don’t be intimidated by the scenarios filled with 1:1  It is not necessary to have a 1:1 to accomplish Blended Learning.  CCS has the digital tools now we need the devices.  CCS is operating with the same budget since 2002.  Labs and Laptop carts will work.
