Proposal to Change UES Measure Status Residential Weatherization Manufactured Home and Single FamilyManufactured HomeSingle Family – Measures: Attic, Floor, and Wall insulation, and Window retrofits Infiltration Reduction – Current Status: Active The Issue: Infiltration Reduction measures do not account for the increased mechanical ventilation requirements required by the measure. – Savings are too high, costs are too low. Staff Recommendation – Change measure status to “Under Review” – RTF staff to work with subcommittee to come up with a proposal to estimate savings and costs. 2

Small/Rural Subcommittee Eugene Rosolie and Gillian Charles Co-leads Met on 3/8 Initial focus on RTF-specific recommendations: – developing commercial school measures, – creating a measure design checklist to ensure small/rural consideration in the measure and specification development, – test out a few small saver measures Next meeting will be late March/early April – Draft the design checklist – Review progress on school measures, small savers, and GSHP.
