12 DHS HQ FALCON Suite of Service Contracts A notice was recently issued to inform the vendor community of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer and the Office of Procurement Operations’ intent to issue multiple procurement actions to obtain information technology managed services in support of DHS Headquarters and supported components. This suite of service contracts is collectively referred to as “Falcon” and presently encompasses the following service areas: –Cellular Wireless Managed Services, –Managed Print Services, –Local Area Network Managed Services (LAN Managed Services), –Service Desk/Call Center Services, –Desktop/Field Support Services, –Asset Management, –Information Technology (IT) Governance, –IT Security Services, –and Engineering Services 12 Northrop Grumman Private/Proprietary Level I
