4. 4 The intricacy of the defence innovation system require, while developing the concept and model for R&D management to conduct analyses at three levels – international, national and defence industry level.

9. 9 Objective of the research To develop a NATO integrated R&D concept and model as an incremental tool for improvement of the national R&D management system.
