Local Diversity Roundtables – Promote ongoing diversity awareness and education among colleagues Constituencies: Employees Community Customers Shareholders Employee Resource Network Groups – Focus on professional development and serve as Comerica resource. Market Segmentation Initiatives – Focus on relationship building and business development.

5 Overview of Comerica’s Diversity Initiatives Executive Diversity Council Enterprise Wide Internally and Externally Focused Headed by Comerica’s CEO and Chairman, Ralph Babb. Members are Comerica’s senior executives. Sets strategic direction for Comerica’s diversity and inclusion focus. Local Diversity Roundtables Market Based Internally Focused Support strategic direction recommended by EDC. Promote and support diversity and inclusion among Comerica colleagues. Demonstrates to Comerica colleagues how diversity and inclusion can lead to individual and corporate success. Employee Resource Network Groups Market Based Internally Focused “Grassroots” groups established by colleagues with common interests. Professional development and networking contribute to colleague satisfaction, development, productivity and retention. “Consultants” for external focused issues. Market Segmentation Initiatives Market Based Externally Focused Relationship building with community leaders and centers of influence. Establish and grow sustainable banking relationships. Goal is to help members of diverse market segments be successful.
